Every Thorum ring includes a medical grade silicone band, a drawstring bag, and a unique walnut display box.

We offer hassle-free exchanges for any reason for a nominal $25 restocking fee. This includes your return shipping, the cost to ship the new ring, repackaging, restocking labor, sanitizing, and hand-polishing.
Feel free to keep the silicone ring your original package includes, otherwise please include it in your exchange and we’ll ensure to swap it out for the appropriate size.
This is our exchange process:
1. Start by initiating your exchange by completing the purchase.
2. Wait for your new ring to arrive in the mail.
3. Package up the ring that does not fit and ship it back with the return label we will provide you.
4. Enjoy your new ring!
Original exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date of original order. Subsequent exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the exchange.

After unfortunate issues with my Thorum ring I got in touch with support and they helped me through getting a warrantied replacement in the mail at no charge, as promised in their conditions! The whole procedure was pretty painless and I'm happy to wear the perfectly-sized brand new replacement of the ring. It even came with a new silicone ring and storage box, so effectively the same as a new purchase!

Wide choice of unconventional rings: hint I got a set of ring sizers for free from Thorum, so maybe request yours if unsure of the ring size you need.
Shipping was a bit long but in this day and age, it is understandable as it needed to export to… Canada.
Otherwise great experience, perfect after sale service. Didn’t think I would need it but I used the lifetime warranty as I lost my ring. It was a tad too big (I had guestimated it with the paper based method, before I got the ring sizers). True to their word, Thorum sent me a replacement for just the cost of shipping (16$). They even sent one one size smaller as requested.

Soooo quick, easy, AMAZING! So the original ring's inlay came undone (My husband is a busy guy so it just wasn't something I thought about). THORUM not only responded quicker than my bff but also gave me other options so we never have to deal with the same issue! Not only is it rare to offer this warranty (no matter what) but also to give other options! Seriously...I am a customer FOR LIFE!. The picture is the new ring. The first one was a whiskey barrel inlay. LOVED the first one we've had for almost 2 years but it just wasn't for my active husband. We also live in the south so the humidity may have played a part. So let me tell you about my experience with Thorum Rings. I purchased my original ring from them about 6 months ago. The ring came in a nice little package with a wooden box and extra silicone ring. The ring itself was beautiful and well crafted. I wore it for about two months and loved it. Unfortunately, I mis-placed, lost it, fell off somewhere, I don't know. All I knew was it was gone and I could not find it. But then I remembered that they had their replacement warranty. I filled out the replacement order, explained the situation and within a couple days had my replacement. Needless to say I am beyond impressed by this company. The ring quality, support, warranty and options available are fantastic! I would highly recommend them and am already looking at getting another ring so I can mix it up.

Thank goodness for the warranties ring replacement! My husband wants no other ring than this redwoood tungsten ring - truly unique and very him. I was sad to see the redwood separated from the metal after a year and 1 month. It was an easy, smooth process to order the replacement ring. Though I’m a bit disappointed the warranty isn’t on the replacement ring. Truly hoping this doesn’t happen again after another year.

I love the ring, we bought it as a wedding ring, and I have loved it since. The wood separated from the outer metal portion, and I was very disappointed. I reached out to Thorum and told them the situation and that I did not really want to replace it as it held a special place in my life.
They suggested clear nail polish which only lasted a day or so, Jewelry adhesive, which only worked for a week or so. They suggested taking it to a jeweler for a quick repair being the best option. I did not take it to a jeweler because I did not want to pay for the service. I thought that Thorum would ask for me to send it back to them for repair but that did not happen- I should have been more proactive so that is on me (I do realize that they probably order them from overseas and it be difficult for them to repair.) I tried to fix it myself with a little Gorilla Glue, but the wood portion overlapped a bit, and I can't put it on my finger, again this is on me. I will try to sand it smooth and hope it works. I did receive a replacement ring, and I still love the look and feel of it and I would purchase again from them.

Was great even after 3 years of owning my wedding band, that if it was lost, I could rely on Thorum to replace it no fuss. Wish it looked more like the original or the version shown in the pics...it heals the soul on my finger, but looks smaller and lighter at the same time. The original had ridges, this is smoothed, not hammered feeling. But all in all, love that I had a replacement so quickly - and don't have to sleep on the couch anymore Haha

Upon receiving my husband's first ring he tried it on for sizing (prior to the wedding) and it fit great. Come wedding time about a month later, his hands had swelled and the ring no longer fit. The replacement process was extremely easy! The new ring was ordered on a Sunday and arrived at my house on Thursday of the same week. Sending the old ring back was just as easy with the return shipping label provided in the ring replacement box. The only reason I give the review 4 stars is because after just 1 day of wearing his ring at work, part of the black had rubbed off from his consistent on/off of his gloves. He has stuck with wearing the silicone ring day to day and saves his band for special occasions.

My husband had lost his ring and I was obviously so bummed! I had picked this ring out before we were married and it was so special, losing it was so sad.
