Order of operations:
1. We'll send you a new ring in your updated size.
2. You'll receive a return label in the mail with your new ring!
3. Simply swap out the rings, and use the label we sent you to ship your previous band back to us. Please keep your extra silicone band!

Every Thorum ring includes a medical grade silicone band, a drawstring bag, and a unique walnut display box.
If you're not sure of your size, head on over to order yourself a Thorum Ring Sizer. This will be the most accurate way to find out your true ring size.

We offer hassle-free exchanges for any reason for a nominal $25 restocking fee. This includes your return shipping, the cost to ship the new ring, repackaging, restocking labor, sanitizing, and hand-polishing.
Feel free to keep the silicone ring your original package includes, otherwise please include it in your exchange and we’ll ensure to swap it out for the appropriate size.
This is our exchange process:
1. Start by initiating your exchange by completing the purchase.
2. Wait for your new ring to arrive in the mail.
3. Package up the ring that does not fit and ship it back with the return label we will provide you.
4. Enjoy your new ring!
Original exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date of original order. Subsequent exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the exchange.
The Thorum lifetime warranty protects you against everything and anything you can think of. We get it, we're people too and life happens, so we want to make sure your investment is protected.
That’s why every single Thorum creation, from our signature rings to our watches and necklaces, comes with this promise of lifelong protection.
We'll replace your original purchase one time with the same exact design as long as it's still available. If we no longer have that design, you're welcome to select a similar replacement that is the same value (or less).

So I ordered this ring in the wrong size so had to get another one. Their return policy is so awesome and quick. You just order the right size and when you get the new one you ship the old one back with the shipping label they provide for you. The new ring fits and we are getting married on the 28th. The order process was very easy and I received the ring very quickly, 3 days, with standard shipping. I reached out to the customer service team and corresponded back and forth as I needed to exchange the ring for a smaller size. All emails received a reply within one business day. However the exchanged ring I received was the incorrect style. Again I reached out to the customer service for assistance. They promptly provided instructions and also sent the correct ring in the correct size. I love this ring! It has the wood from a Sequoia Redwood tree from here in California embedded in it. I love the mountains and redwoods so this ring expresses not only my love for my wife, but also it’s a piece of my soul. My wife accidentally ordered a size too big. I got online, paid the $25 for an exchange for a smaller size, a few days later the correct sized ring arrived. It came with a printed return label for the original ring. I mailed it off the same day. So easy!!
