Original exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date of original order. Subsequent exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the exchange.

This really helped me understand what size ring to get. I took off the sizes around mine, and wore them all for a few hours. What was comfortable ended up being different than the originally measured once size.

Ordered this to Australia and it was delivered quickly. Product is plastic (but sturdy) rings around a metal cable that keeps them all together nicely, and came boxed so protected during shipping.
