Ordered this for my fiancé and he absolutely LOVES it! Honestly, I wasn’t sure I liked it because it was too black and the outside ring looked like plastic in the photo, but once it was arrived, I was so happy with the purchase. It is beautiful and he loves the weight. The black color is not overpowering because the texture/pattern and the outside ring doesn’t look like plastic in person. Shipping was fast and it fit perfect!
The fit and subtle design texture really standout in an unexpected, small detail that pulls people in.
The future husband has not seen it yet so I don't have a size review but as far as appearance, it's not as dark black as the picture on the website shows. The edge is also not as glossy as the photo appears. I still love the ring but there is a slight difference between the website and the real ring. It's nice and heavy, very good quality!

My spouse and I wanted to do something special for our 15th wedding anniversary. We had seen ads for Thorum for a while and thought why not get new wedding rings. We love our Obsura rings! We love the deep black color as well as the bevels; it makes them very different from typical wedding bands. The bevels also make them shine at all angles. We have gotten tons of compliments from family and friends. Have definitely recommended to everyone we know.

I'm sure most women know that shopping for their forever man's ring isn't as easy as we thought it would be before actually doing it. Getting a ring that my fiancé inadvertently chose, and loves, was the best smile I could see up until now! I showed him a few different rings based on what he had told me he wanted, and I purchased the one that received the most positive reaction. There was no secret behind what I was doing that night after work, asking questions and showing pictures, then going to the spot my wallet is always at and grabbing my card. Before buying the ring, we had him sized. I also printed the ring sizer available on the site and used it, only to find that I had sized his finger wrong and bought a half a size too small. That is all my fault!! The first ring arrived three days early, so freaking amazing! After my size debacle and a few tears on my part intertwined with all of the encouraging and supportive words of a fiancé not wanting me to cry, I filed for an exchange the day after receiving the ring. To make sure we got the right size in time of course, and Thorum responded so quickly and sent out the replacement within two days. The delivery was scheduled for a week after the first ring delivery. Perfect right?!! Who would do anything to postpone that delivery but the loved USPS. AT NO FAULT OF THORUM. I won't go into that fiasco, but I will always support Thorum on their service and commitment to satisfying their customers. Thank you Thorum and everyone involved with this company.

Really happy with my purchase. I wanted something special to commemorate my vows and also something more or less conventionally indestructable since I'm pretty rough on most of my belongings. The included silicone ring was also a really nice touch since I can safely wear that at work. Definitely recommending Thorum to my friends
I surprised my husband with this one and he absolutely loves it. It has good weight to it, and it’s a very handsome piece. The presentation was beautiful as well. He’d like a meteorite one in black, but I can’t seem to find one listed. If you ever decide to make them, please let us know. :)

We are so pleased with this gorgeous ring. It looks exactly as pictured online. What you can't tell by a picture is that it has a glimmer to it when the light catches it, which was a nice surprise and added bonus. Ordering was easy & we received it in 4 days. I highly recommend Thorum!

The process of ordering (including sizing) was really painless. It arrived promptly, and when it got here I fell in love. It fits perfectly, and looks amazing. Even though it's black-on-black, the texture pops in the light, and is very elegant.
The Ring is gorgeous! We ordered a half size to small and the replacement process was super easy.

My fiancé fell in love with this ring when he saw it on the website. I ordered it for him and he loved it even more once he got it. It looks just like the pictures and the sizing is perfect. Beautiful quality for very affordable prices! My Fiancé is an electrician and he really wanted only a silicone wedding band due to the safety hazards in his line of work wearing a metal band, so the fact that the silicone band was included was such a wonderful deal!
