This light quartersawn Walnut came as excess from boat construction in Maine. It has a beautiful distinctive grain. This design may look different than other similar titanium rings you've seen, because I maintain my steam bending process with my rings.
We make each ring using the "bentwood" method; the wood is steamed, and bent so its grain flows around the circumference of the ring. This makes for a very durable ring. All titanium rings with inlays are sealed with Titanium Aircraft Adhesive, and each ring is sealed in lustrous water resistant finish. Finally the rings are polished with beeswax. We exclusively use jewelers grade 5 6AL-4V titanium in every ring.

Feel free to keep the silicone ring your original package includes, otherwise please include it in your exchange and we’ll ensure to swap it out for the appropriate size.

1. Start by initiating your exchange by completing the purchase.
2. Wait for your new ring to arrive in the mail.
3. Package up the ring that does not fit and ship it back with the return label we will provide you.
4. Enjoy your new ring!
Original exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date of original order. Subsequent exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the exchange.

Thorum has a gorgeous yet masculine selection of wedding bands, and The Sawyer kept catching my eye. I decided to order it based on appearance and material. Knowing that my husband doesn't like anything snug fitting, I knew titanium would be the way to go. Thorum packages their products carefully, and the ring arrived in a very attractive wood box, along with a drawstring bag for the silicone ring. Unfortunately, the women at our local jewelry store did not give us the correct measurement for my husband's ring size, so we had to send it back. However, Thorum's supreme customer service reps (Jordyn and Sollara) were so helpful and the return time on the new ring was fantastic. The Sawyer fits Lee just right and he is very happy to wear and show it off! Thank you all so much!
I love this ring! I picked the Sawyer ring because the material comes from Maine and I was born in Maine, plus the silver color matches my fiance's white gold ring. Thorum was great to order from, they let me exchange the ring for a larger size.

We went to a local jeweler and got my husband's finger sized, and this fit exactly as expected. It arrived really quickly compared to estimated timeframes from other online sellers. The wooden box it comes with is cute and perfect, as my machinist husband won't be wearing it on most days. The silicone band is an added plus. I love the ring. It's rustic. Not too flashy. It does appear to be a size too large – which is entirely on me – and there was a slight defect on it out of the box. But nothing I'm gonna cry over. Great product. Thank you!
Got this ring to pair with the Black Redwood and they work so well together! Craftsmanship is great and they are comfortable to wear. I think due how the Sawyer is constructed, there isn't much room for edge bevels, so it can feel sharp sometimes. But other than that, love the rings!

This shipped very fast. The packaging was good. It came in a cool little wooden box with a latch. The ring is awesome, and my fiance loves it as well. Not a big jewelry person, so didn't want to break the bank and this is unique and cool. Won't be wearing it regularly until my wedding, but it fit well and I look forward to wearing it every day.
