We offer hassle-free exchanges for any reason for a nominal $25 restocking fee. This includes your return shipping, the cost to ship the new ring, repackaging, restocking labor, sanitizing, and hand-polishing.

Feel free to keep the silicone ring your original package includes, otherwise please include it in your exchange and we’ll ensure to swap it out for the appropriate size. 

This is our exchange process: 

1. Start by initiating your exchange by completing the purchase.

2. Wait for your new ring to arrive in the mail.

3. Package up the ring that does not fit and ship it back with the return label we will provide you. 

4. Enjoy your new ring!

Original exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date of original order. Subsequent exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the exchange.

Purchased this ring as an engagement ring and he said yes! He fell in love with the design and so far quality has not disappointed. We were on a hike, went to a beach, and even did some light rock climbing and the ring has held up. The toughness of titanium is phenomenal and the accent of an inset rose gold band just adds the flare it needs to stand out. Will definitely be considering another product from thorum for our wedding rings.

Simply an awesome experience with Thorum from start to finish. Had a sizing issue with one ring and they went above and beyond to get a replacement out ASAP. Sollara was so kind and compassionate during the whole time with getting out the next half and full size up just in case as well as the return post label so we could get the wrong sizes returned with no hassle. The Templar and Gladiator rings we are using are just perfect. The quality is very high and they fit our personalities and lifestyle really well also. It was almost impossible finding a ring that went with my heirloom engagement ring and it was such a relief to have that with the Gladiator band. It even works if I wear my larger wrap setting! I’m not a jewelry guy but I love this ring. Looks great and best part is how light weight it is, feels like nothing on my finger. I didn’t like how heavy my old tungsten ring was so I’d have to take it off while typing. Now my wife wants one to match so hopefully they make a 4mm version.

I injured my ring finger on a half marathon trail race in 2021. My wife used to complain if I wore a rubber type ring because it wasn't my actual ring. So I generally wore it and loved it. It was titanium with gold bands, I always liked the one that saved Ed Harris in The Abyss. After the doctor straightened my dislocated finger, he got my ring off which caused it to stay swollen from damage to the soft tissue. So I was wearing silicon rings after that (thanks love! :) ) and then I saw a Thorum ad on Facebook and was really drawn in. I chose the Templar because it was similar to my last ring. I'd never thought about getting another ring, in a bigger size. After watching some YouTube videos I reached out to customer service and Jordyn got back to me that same day which was Sunday! She said she thought a larger size would work and I ordered the size kit. I tried the size 14 a couple different times that day as suggested and placed my order. My ring arrived the same week and is just as amazing as the photos.
