This design features a Redwood liner and Matte Finished Tungsten Exterior. 7 mm width is pictured in this listing.
No two pieces of wood are alike, and each ring is unique. I make each ring out of CW2 Jeweler's Grade Tungsten. Each ring is made from a single piece of metal with no soldered joints.

I bought about 5 rings before I landed on this one. I really like the look of the wood and the metal. I like that it’s a little thinner than 8mm, so it’s not too thin and not too thick. Seems like it’s a quality build, but I guess we shall see over some time how it holds up. But I love the look and feel, and I’m happy with my purchase.
My partner (now husband) and I wanted wedding bands that held meaning for us. Both Californians for most of our lives, and having just moved to a home with two great sequoias on our property, a ring with California redwood was just perfect. There are a few out there with redwood inlay, but we both (separately) were drawn to this one, with the redwood on the interior (always in touch). We didn't set out to get the same ring, but this spoke to both of us. Neither of us were ring wearers prior to this, and my husband had concerns that it might be a nuisance. But the "comfort fit" is very aptly named — and the tungsten is a good-looking, but not overly heavy metal. So this ring was perfect.
On the sizing: I got the ring sizer, and determined I was a 10, but read several reviews that said the sizes seemed large so they exchanged for a half size down. Being so close to the wedding, I ordered a 9 ½ — boy was I wrong! It was way too tight and I could barely get it off my finger. (My husband also ordered a 9 ½ and his fit perfectly). I was concerned, with a week to the wedding, that an exchange would not get here in time. But as soon as I put in my request for a size 10, they shipped it out. I had been planning to use the smaller size for the wedding, but the exchange arrived in days, and I had my correct size ring when the day came. Thorum also made it very easy to ship back the original. So we're very happy with the rings and with Thorum!
I bought this as a promise ring for my boyfriend to wear on his right ring finger. It's beautiful and he loves it. The 7mm width is perfect, and he appreciated the mixed materials. He says it's super comfortable. I like how Thorum has half sizes compared to other brands. I'm really happy with the purchase!
The ring is sharp and the wooden inside adds a craftsmanship beauty to it. Extremely comfortable and light. I work in construction and it’s very durable. Highly recommended
Bought the thinner version first and traded it in for the thicker one. My husband says it’s more comfortable and looks better on bigger hands than the thin one.

I've had the ring for several months now, and it is truly fantastic. It's extremely comfortable and matches the sizing according to Thorum's ring sizer. Additionally, it looks incredible and showcases exceptional craftsmanship. I highly recommend it and am very pleased with my purchase.
I really like the ring. The only reason that I gave it 4 stars is because the redwood color is a lighter shade (not the deep red pictured) enough that it loses a bit of the contrast of deep, rich red against the tungsten, which is also a bit paler than pictured. The size, fit, packaging, shopping experience with Thorum was great, however.
I kept his ring a secret until the ceremony. When he saw it for the first time he got teary. And when I later pointed out the redwood detail, which is precious to us + what we were married under, he got emotional all over again. The ring is exquisite, and literally perfect. I’ve caught him studying it a few times since. Thank you Thorum for being such an important part of this new core memory 🤍🤍🤍
Love the Redwood! He swore he would only wear a silicone ring every day, but since I gave him this he’s made the switch. He says it’s comfortable and we both love the way it looks!
Love the ring. The 7mm is the perfect balance between being too thick or too thin. The brushed grey tungsten has a tarnished look, yet still shines in the light. A nice mix for someone looking for a ring that is subtlety beautiful.
Bought this for my fiancé for our upcoming wedding and was beyond impressed! He grew up in the redwoods and was in love from the start, but the quality far exceeded our expectations! It’s solid and gorgeous inside and out. Their customer service was also great at answering our questions within hours (sometimes even minutes!). The box and silicone ring are also beautiful. 10/10 would use again!
Really dig this ring. The color is perfect. Love the dark silver look and the redwood looks and feels amazing too.
I did not realize the “comfort fit” of the ring would trend a little looser than usual so my size 10 ring I thought would fit perfect was too loose. I exchanged it for a 9.5 and it’s perfect. Both rings shipped and arrived super fast.

We absolutely loved "The Redwood" ring ❤️ hubby said it was super comfortable to wear. We both are connected to Redwood trees and felt that this ring was perfect to symbolize our love and future together.
Only thing I would say we wished could be an option for this ring is having some of the redwood on the surface of the ring so that the beauty of it isn't hidden on the inside. Maybe a possibility for the future? :)
Couldn’t be happier with the beautiful ring! It arrived quickly in an adorable little box. I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size multiple times and they were honest enough to refund me my restock fee as it’s only one charge per order! Honesty in today’s world is much appreciated.
